New features and improvements

  • We are pleased to announce a new support widget in the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager). The support widget can be opened by pressing the Help button in the bottom right corner of the web service. With the widget, you can seek help for problems and browse popular guidelines. If you can’t easily find an answer to your question, you can also send a support request through the widget. The widget operates in both Finnish and English.
  • We also disabled autocomplete in username and password fields.

Bug fixes

  • When an officer user signs a group into the Systam Visit web service (RespaManager), in some cases some guests remained in an “Expected” state for some reason. This has now been fixed, so all group members are signed in.
  • A little more information has been added to the “Visitor badges running low” email sent to the assistant to facilitate response to the ending visitor badge roll.
  • Improvements have been made to the KoneAccess integration for deactivating cards.
  • Other bux fixes
