Systam’s year 2021 The year is coming to an end and will hopefully give each of us a chance to breathe. The year 2021 was a year of great change for Systam, which included a lot of development projects, organization, a renewed brand and productisation – as well as a growing business and customer base. A fast-paced year, needless to say.Mentally, the big change was to give up the Respa name in connection with our visitor management service (now Systam Visit), but the decision also supports our internationalization.To ease the pain of giving up, we kept Respa in the brand names of our self-service kiosks (e.g. Systam Respa X).Systam is now 15 years old and it raises a lot of thoughts. Luckily, we have a growing team ready to make these ideas a reality. So I start by thanking our whole team who did the work to get the job done. Thanks to this year’s hard work, we will certainly be able to serve our customers even better and more diverse ways. And now it’s nice to go to the next “quarter” with a new look thanks to our brand renewal.Thank you, our customer and partner, for a great co-operation and helping a Finnish company to keep up with the rapidly changing field.
