Systam’s year 2023

Within a year, so much can happen, but at the same time, it feels like the previous year’s summary was just a glimpse. You can think of other clichés about the passage of time, but they seem to hold true.

The year 2023 was more stable in the market compared to previous years, and sales clearly accelerated after the summer. We also saw some challenges in the construction sector, mainly in the form of project delays or reconfiguration of deliveries. Overall, we achieved steady growth and accelerated export activities.

The past year could otherwise be described with the word learning. There has been learning in terms of new markets, practices, and technologies. Learning is inspiring, even though at times, in the office, it mostly echoed the quote borrowed from Socrates, ‘I know that I am intelligent because I know that I know nothing.’

Artificial intelligence took new strides again, and our internal weekly AI meetings, as well as discussions on the topic in general, have opened up new ideas and brought about better ways of working. We’ve also been in search of experiences on how to sensibly harness this revolution. Perhaps the best insights have been those that, alongside improving efficiency and innovation, have made our days more enjoyable – for instance, by simplifying technical documentation.

Next year brings significant changes for Systam. We have been diligently working in the field of new technology, and the first visible outcome is our Systam Rooms Meeting Room Displays. The product is user-friendly and easy to adopt. However, the real magic lies in a solid platform and reliability. The whole system is built on architecture and technologies chosen for their suitability without compromise. The technical foundation is not always of great interest to customers, but for us as a product company, it is the basis for the future.

Along with all the learning and innovation, we managed to keep our feet on the ground and once again received commendable feedback from our customers. Our overall satisfaction rating was 4.4/5. Taking care of our customers has always been at the core of our operations, and we will continue to strive to fulfill and exceed our promises. Thank you to all of you who have been with us in one way or another on this journey!
