From the profile settings, your tenants can define their own pre-arrival messages for visitors, possible inductions and much more to create the optimal experience for their employees and visitors.

Inviting quests is easy using your own calendar. The companies’ profiles appear on the start view of the self-service kiosks, where they also offer a clear registration for guests who arrive without an invitation.

The hosts of the visits will be notified immediately via SMS or email when their visitors arrive in the lobby.
