How visitor path works

1. Before the visit

• Send an invitation from your calendar as usual.
• Visitor receives an automatic pre-arrival message, including visiting details, arrival instructions, needed inductions, and even access rights.

2. During the visit

• Visitor signs themselves in or with the help of the front desk staff. Visitor badge is printed.
• Host receives a notification of the arrival and can message the visitor with additional instructions or even grant access rights.
• Meetings start on time.

3. After the visit

• After goodbyes, visitor signs out. This provides real-time information on who is present in the premises, and ensures the storage and deletion of visitor data in compliance with GDPR.
• A thank-you message can be sent, and feedback requested. Data can be utilized for marketing and property development.
