Invited guests receive a pre-arrival message before their visit, which includes meeting details, arrival instructions, and a QR code for sign-in. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a friendly reception service and assisted with sign-in by the Systam Table X self-service kiosk. This compact and stylish kiosk perfectly complements Sponda’s beautifully renovated offices, creating an impressive and brand-consistent reception.

Entering information at the kiosk is quick and easy, only a few seconds when using the QR code, and the data is securely stored in the cloud. At the end of the sign-in process, visitors receive a printed visitor badge, which includes Wi-Fi credentials for guests. The host is automatically notified of the visitor’s arrival, eliminating unnecessary waiting.

When leaving, the visitor is guided to pass a separate signout kiosks, where they can return their visitor badge to a secure dropbox after logging out. This well-thought-out system and its seamless operation create positive visitor experiences, which Sponda sees as a significant advantage for the company’s image.
